One of the things I love most about living in Anthem is that it still feels a little like Mayberry.
Neighbors wave to each other. People stop and talk at the grocery store. There is a warmth and sense of connection here that feels rare these days. Sometimes it even feels a little like living inside a Hallmark movie, peaceful, welcoming, and centered around community.
That feeling is exactly what inspired Anthem Wellness Concierge.

My name is Natalie McGovern
When you work with me, I personally provide one-on-one support with warmth, reliability, and genuine care. My background includes healthcare, behavioral health, memory care, holistic wellness, teaching, coaching, and years of working closely with individuals and families.
My goal is simple: to help people stay independent, supported, and connected in the place they love most, home.
Natalie’s background includes:

2 years CNA experience in a memory care unit

10 years working in behavioral health running special needs programs and group homes

Experience as a Behavioral Health Technician at Banner Behavioral Health

10+ years as owner of a holistic health and coaching practice

7 years teaching at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts

4 years creating and running a pet care business

1 hour minimum

Anthem Wellness Concierge focuses on practical, day-to-day support such as transportation, errands, companionship, recovery assistance, and helping people maintain independence at home.
Anthem Holistic focuses on wellness services including health coaching, cold laser therapy, and other holistic wellness offerings.
While each business operates separately, they share the same mission: helping people feel supported, cared for, and empowered to live well.
