About Natalie
Holistic Health Practitioner & Coach
My Story
For years, I battled mental illness, chronic pain, obesity, and addiction. At my lowest point, I was bedridden, on 11 different medications, and felt like I had lost control of my life. My parents had to care for me when I couldn’t care for myself.
Eventually, I discovered that many of my health struggles were connected to food sensitivities and lifestyle factors.
By identifying these triggers, changing my diet, and making intentional lifestyle changes, I was able to lose 100 pounds, get off all of my medications, and begin rebuilding my health.
This transformation led me to study and practice holistic health. I have taught and worked with hundreds of clients and students seeking to find natural ways to restore balance and reduce dependence on medications.
In 2019, I faced another major challenge when I contracted a severe parasite infection that left me with intense brain fog, debilitating joint pain, and was barely able to get out of bed again. I was grateful to already have a strong foundation in holistic health.
Instead of relying on conventional medications, I turned to cleansing and detoxing protocols, cold laser therapy, and the Photon Genie to support my body’s healing. This experience also opened my eyes to how often parasite infections can be the hidden cause of many chronic illnesses.
Then in 2022, I underwent life-saving colon surgery due to my battle with parasites. Even though surgery was necessary, I continued to use holistic methods throughout recovery, which helped me heal faster and more effectively without relying on medications.
Today, I’m passionate about helping others experience the same freedom and renewed vitality I found through natural healing. My mission is to empower people to take charge of their health, discover what’s holding them back, and create lasting change through practical, holistic approaches.

Education & Experience
My journey has given me a unique perspective on health and healing. I’ve worked in memory care, supported children and adults with special needs as a program coordinator and group home manager, and served on psychiatric and addiction units as a behavioral health tech. These experiences gave me deep insight into the challenges people face and the resilience they carry. Recently, my years working alongside chiropractors showed me how profoundly spinal health impacts overall well-being.
Because I’ve lived in both the world of traditional medicine and the world of holistic healing, I understand the strengths of each along with the limitations. My own recovery taught me the incredible power of natural approaches, while my medical background allows me to see the full picture with compassion and clarity. This blend helps me walk beside others, creating a safe space to explore their health and discover what true healing can look like. Now I take great joy in walking alongside others as they discover their own path to healing.
From 2013 to 2020, I also served as an instructor at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, where I taught courses such as the Life Coaching Program, Psychology of Addictions, Mastery Skills for Healthcare Practitioners, and Hypnotherapy Certification. This experience not only deepened my expertise but also allowed me to contribute to the next generation of holistic practitioners. It reflects my passion for both learning and teaching, and shows that I am not only a student of holistic health, but also an educator with a broad understanding of the industry and its many modalities.
